And soon thereafter they must figure out how to manage the myriad of other details, such as finding and coordinating the location, deciding on the theme, the catering, the flowers, the photographer, the hair styles, the dress, the wedding favours, the cars, the music and much more.
All these details may become increasingly complicated to manage. The role of a Wedding Planner consists in negotiating with suppliers, ensuring that the ceremony and the reception are on schedule, taking care of makeup, hairstyles, designs, place-setting, and photography and video-recording so that the couple may enjoy the ceremony, free from stress and worry, in the company of their guests.
In the introductory interview, the wedding planner will set a budget and a plan for the microcosm that is a wedding a task that almost always reduces costs compared to a more unstructured planning.
